SCL Supportive Services assists aged, blind, disabled & other functionally limited individuals with necessary daily activities. Home Help Services are provided to enable individuals with functional limitation(s) resulting from a medical or physical disability or cognitive impairment to live independently and receive care in the least restrictive and preferred environment.
Our goal is to help individuals maintain their independence in their desired setting by offering a wide range of supports. Physician’s approval is needed for assistance with at least one Activity of Daily Living (ADL).
Attention Medicaid Recipients: Home Help Personal Care Services may be covered by your Medicaid Insurance. Contact SCL Supportive Services for more details on how to retain services through Medicaid.
